You forgot a combo that the developer explicitly placed towards the end of 4.1: (I'm only talking about the good boy path here)
Charlotte, Tris, Denise, Bea, Darlene, and Katrina
What begins in 4.1 continues in 4.2. The morning conversations between Charlotte, Denise, and MC, and the evening conversations between Charlotte and MC, are extremely interesting!

First, a clear distinction must be made here:
Not on the Charlotte Path:
Charlotte will clearly react as a mother here. From her perspective, it's unacceptable for her two children to sleep together. What happens next, I have no idea.
On the Charlotte Path:
Charlotte is already switching back and forth between mother and lover. Now she's confronted with a fact where she acts as a mother first and foremost. I think that Tris is Tris! She's long suspected that her mother has the same feelings as she does. She will confront her mother.
In both cases:
At this point, I see no indication, neither from Tris nor from Charlotte, that they would be ready for a threesome.

You mean the achievement pic? I don't think it means anything, it was only there to show just how many girls were lewdable in that chapter, and highlight the MC thanking his dick for resilience.

Without a relationship Charlotte will move to stop this "abomination", she'll need to be convinced that her kids love each other and accept the relationship, which i suspect will take some time.
With a Charlotte relationship active what she's been up to places her in a specially difficult position, she can easily look hypocritical and we know she feels a bit of jealousy.
Charlotte had an interesting scene touching on how she feels that she still needs to fulfill her mother role and not be just a lover.
It's very complex here, it will also take time.
The only way i can see chapter 3 ending in a threesome is if it has a bit of time skip, allowing them to settle things and then get used to the new dynamic of the house.

I do think the special renders sometime serve as hints of what is to come.
If that is a possible ending... i'm aiming for it

Lisa is actually really sweet I hope we get her in a ending also can we drop triss later on because she becomes really annoying later on and after she goes working in the club I'm kind of sick of her.

I think it might take sometime for that not a threesome so soon, I think MC will take Charlotte to the weekend beach trip as suggested and convince her that he loves both of them unconditionaly and Later she comes terms with it, but if not on Charlotte path that's insane to even think about it I can't even imagine what she might do.

Lisa is my stealth favourite and is only not my choice on my main run because to pick her, you have to do Emma really dirty (and not in a fun sense). But sometimes I can't help but think of what could have been if she had a bigger role. Just imagine: bringing this nice girl home, having her meet Charlotte and win her approval over being a fellow proper lady, finding out what her dynamic with Tris is (they supposedly know each other, even if not very close, and it kinda seems Tris has a higher opinion on her than on Emma) would be beyond wholesome. Even Erwin would approve (her family is apparently wealthy).

Yeah when she rushed to the hospital she was so unbelievably sweet it was by far the most loving and romantic scene in the game. Lisa is amazing

The original one works fine for me (it should be universal/for all versions). Someone did post a new one within the last 24 hours as well though.
