Hi guys and gals,
It's been a week since I released the the second episode of the second season.
During this time my focus was on the community and preparing the next episode. It's very important for me to see what the people think about the game so that I can improve it.
I was a bit surprised when I saw that a big number of person were not pleased with this episode for plenty of reasons, but I want to make some things clear.
This episode was a bit smaller than other huge episodes I created, because it's very hard for me to create longer episodes since this isn't my main job.
So probably until I can do this full time, the episodes will be around this size, maybe bigger, but by much. The only thing that will stay the same is the monthly updates. I think this is important, because since my patrons are paying me monthly it's only fair to return the favor.
Starting with episode 3 till we reach the point everybody is waiting, my main focus will be Charlotte and Tris. Most of the content will be about them and the story, then I will add one more girl (or two in the case of Lisa & Lauren) for each episode.
However I will NOT rush the story for Charlotte and Tris. Like I said many times before this game is about a story. I want players to love/hate/like/dislike/appreciate the characters I'm painting. I want to make the characters feel alive, that's why I focus so much on their background stories, personalities and aspirations. I'm trying my best to create complex characters, with real emotions and problems.
This game is not about sex. This game is about a story and we finally started to spin the wheels for the main story. Up till last episode it was mainly the introduction, however now we're getting somewhere. This is the point where the game is going to become more interesting, but like I said, the main reason for the mc to be alive is not to have sex with as many girls as possible. Yes that will happen, but that's not all he'll do.
As for episode 3 of the second season. I have everything planned and today I'll start writing the text. In this episode I'm focusing on : Charlotte, Tris, Emma and since Denise is going to stay in the house for a few more days, well she'll get a little bit of screen time too.
However there are characters that are important for the story like Sheila, Darlene and Katrina, so they will also appear in the next episode.
I can't say how big this next episode is going to be, but the plan is quite big. I just hope I won't end up with a monster because that means sleepless nights.

I mean I can understand if an update feels underwhelming if you were waiting 6 months and only got a couple days worth of content,but if we are getting monthly updates there is literally nothing to complain about...I hope everything goes well Jason, and be sure to take care of yourself too

I played the No More Secrets game, and it was enjoyable. Had a question for this one - are Seasons 1 and 2 the same characters / story?

No More Money is totally another game with different characters and the second season is the continuation of the story, but if you download the game you'll have everything you need.
There is no trace back like that. Just loading page then force out. I have installed on another phone its same result.
I have found a typo that has been in my RenPy build for a little while now - only seems to affect some people.

I am getting several errors, NoMoreMoney-2.2.0-pc is the file I have downloaded and NMM_S2EP2_scrappyMod is the mod, same modder I used for the previous version.

The error comes from the mod. You should download the official version of the game and since the Gold Version is leaked you also get the walkthrough.

Hi guys,
How are you? I hope everybody is doing fine.
PROGRESS STATUS
Last week I managed to finish writing the text for the next episode and I already started to prepare the scenes. It was a bit harder than usual because for some reason I kept rewriting a scene which I didn't liked. To me it didn't felt real/natural, but in the end I'm happy with the result.
ABOUT THIS EPISODE
This episode is a bit longer than the previous one and it will have around 400 renders and 18 animations.
RELEASE DATE
You guys already know how things work here, so I can't say a certain date, but I'm positive that by the end of this month I'm sure everybody will have the game.

2nd season and still zero sexual contact with main characters is a way too slow-burner for me. Since I'm not interested in any side-characters it makes it a "no sexual content" game for me. And all I left with is a soapy drama, that I never liked to begin with. Maybe dev could add more tension at least? Because it feels like there is not even that much of sexual tension between main character, just a mild curiosity. So while I like the visuals and overall quality, story seems way too slow and somewhat boring. There's almost no sense of progress. But it's just just my humble opinion, don't take it too personal.
P. S. A little advice: To write hotter sex-scenes and add more sexual tension in general read some porn-stories/novels (on literotica, for example), and learn from them what works and what doesn't.

Thank you for the advice, but I've read a lot of stories on literotica. I'm not going to spoil the story by telling what character was inspired from what story, but it's been one of my favorites sites for quite a while now.
Just because it says season 2 doesn't mean it should have progress too much. Season one was just 6 episodes and it was basically the introduction of the characters and options the player will have.
In my opinion incest should take time, because I don't see how in the society we live in, two family members will end up having sex in a few days. What I am trying to make with the game is a better reality for some players who enjoy this fetishes.

Still too slow for me. I mean it is fiction, you can just say something like: "And as years went by they grew closer and closer.", instead of showing every single day. But if you're know what you're doing it is great. It is your story after all, so no one knows better then you how to tell it. Good luck with your game, I'm definitely gonna check on it some time later, when there's more to it.
