I haven't played Become a Rockstar, but both situations are possible. There will be partial harems, but also there will be some situation that everything will blow up in your face. Not all the girls will like the idea of sharing the MC with a certain girl. I can't say more than this without spoiling the end.[/ISPOILER]
If you make a Tris/Charlotte ending without forcing a lesbo solution or stuffing Denise in there I'll be happy.

If you don't want Denise in there, just close her path. If you keep all three paths open, then I cannot stuff Denise in there.
As for the lesbo solution, no worries.
Sounds great. You made some nice characters so it's your own fault I care lol. I'm just so used to devs pulling the lesbo card to solve harem questions that I have developed a kind of allergy. The idea that you can't have satisfying game play without going crazy isn't the most common approach to games. I enjoy the pace of the Tris/Charlotte route and I look forward to the updates.

By lesbo card I guess you don't mean that if the player get to have a threesome with both of them, the girls won't even touch, right?
i hope u're not going along with this, make a poll, the vast majority want the girls touching & kissing each other, not wait in a different room while the other finishes.
i, personally, love it when they get turned on & assist the mc in fucking other girls, like for example the mother or the aunt holding hands with tris, encouraging her to endure further while mc wrecks her from behind. Make it a family thing, have the girls support one another, that's what incest is for, not this everyone does his own thing, i can't stand watching u fuck someone else bullshit, unless the girls have actual vitriol for one another.
More like it's a relationship with both of them but no threesomes. I can't see why they would suddenly go over the edge and become lesbians on top of developing feelings for the Mc or be ok with a threesome. It is the normal solution but rarely makes any sense in games with a long burn toward a relationship at least in my opinion. Tris never even kissed another guy and Charlotte sees him as the man her husband isn't so any crossover would feel off to me if they are suddenly ok with a threesome. Some people might say it would be hot but for me the story goes out the window to make it happen.
Anyway, it's just my opinion but games with nutty threesome scenes with girls who have been straight all their lives are a dime a dozen so the odd game being different is great. I think I would play single paths for Tris and Charlotte rather than go for a threesome route. At least I hope they realize the whole thing is out there so as long as it stays at home they make peace with it.

In the case you'll have more paths open and the girls will be compatible, like you mentioned Tris, Charlotte and Denise, while the MC will have fun with one of them, the other two won't watch eating popcorn, they will have fun either with the third girl, or between them. I will not force anything, it will come natural. If this is the lesbo he was talking, then I'm sorry, but that's how it is.

If you don't want two girls to kiss/touch during a threesome, then just keep one path open. There will be combinations of girls that will simply work together. They will not fall inlove with each other, they will not have sex without the MC, but they will have good relationship, both with the MC and with each other.

then your story makes no sense for Tris/Charlotte/. Why the slow burn for the Mc and them if the moment they become aware of each other they become bi? it's silly for Tris/Charlotte but would work for the other girls as they have no other real characters than "lets all fuck someone and I don't care who" anyway. It's your game but if Charlotte/Tris become bi to solve the problem of the Mc the story becomes pointless. It's normal though so I never expect a dev to pass on the lesbo thing even when it is the biggest stretch to connect a mother/daughter who both develop feelings for the same person. It's easy, flashback to Charlotte being another pointless bimbo like Denis and Tris can just get curious and boom problem solved.

Guess you'll just have to see how I will handle it and how it would make sense, because I'm not going to spoil the game. Charlotte loves her daughter and Tris loves her mother. If handled well, then all the slow burn, will make sense. I'm planning to add part-harem endings, how do you think it's going to happen if the girls will not know about each other. I just have to make sure that it won't be forced and for that you'll have to wait, or maybe play solo paths for your favorite girls.

It's playable. There are a few good hours worth of content and since it's a visual novel, when you reach the end, you'll just have to wait for another version and then continue where you were.
The only way I can see how it makes sense is if Tris and Charlotte talk to each other and realize how they both feel about MC. So they realize they will have to share him. Once they are all together one thing leads to another and things happen between them.
Now that said nothing in this game so far about Tris/Charlotte and MC have made sense. Too much HOT...cold ...cold ......HOT. Those relationships don't to be any further along then when the game first came out.
