There will be a patch on the next update. This ties into the story where Lizzie's mom found out that MC turned out to be her son. It sounds weird that the mom not realizing MC is her son (it'd make more sense if MC is the dad's son from a different woman IMO), but I'm looking forward to how the dev writes the story to make sense.
Yeah, doesn't make much real sense considering there's no blood relations hence no real threat of genetic problems. Of course people still get anal about just about everything when it comes to sex and romantic relationships.
Well well well, what an interesting plot twist. Meh he could easily have been put up for adoption after being born and the two would never really know that they were related. Especially since a fair number of country's and provinces/states keep adoption records locked away and labeled as restricted. Rarely allowing either the parent or the child to look at said documents, especially if the parent had wished for confidentiality.
