Regarding Jeane's -99 relationship score. I also get the -99 after her trying bikinis after school on day 1.
However, if I in the start of the game choose to go to the bathroom on the first floor to see Jeane (Walkthrough: Morning Events, 3.) it seems to work fine. Choosing that path I'm getting 1 in Relationship score after seeing her in a bikini.

@D1z yep it seems like I can replicate your bug in the kitchen. You seem to be stuck there. So instead of going into the kitchen, go up to Lizzie's room to push the game forward. After that you can safely get in and out of the kitchen. If you're on a PC, just go back to an auto save or the "Page Up" key to go back.

Overview:
The whole thing began a few years ago when Brian's mother had died. She was sick, but he had no idea, she and his father kept it a secret. After she died his father started to drink heavily. One night the cops came to Brian and told him that his father won't come back soon so he'd better stay with a relative. When I found this he did his best in finding out what happened to his father but no luck. A few days after the cops came to his door, Phill, the principal of the high school where Brian was a student came to him and told him that he could live with him for a while. While living with Phill, Brian did plenty of bad stuff, but in the end, things got better. The main purpose of the player will be to find out why is his father in prison while his second goal will be to find out what everybody hides. Everybody has secrets and your job is to find them. Some characters have big secrets while other not so big.​

There's a specific scene that will happen in Phil and Jeanne's room that will only happen if Jeanne is home and Phil is gone.

The screen will show Brian's POV looking at a Key on a desk

First of all - I loved the game. And I am looking forward to new updates.

But, I have some criticism:
I would really love to see the development of their relationships now that MC knows the truth. And wtf - Lizzie KNEW it all along? It just doesn't make sense.
What is the point of the scene with the key if it doesn't affect anything whatsoever?
I would love to see the wrestle between taboo and desire of MC and the closest ladies. Instead it is "we live under one roof, so it isn't okay", which is retarded.

P.S. Totally unrelated - I understand you're not a native speaker. That's okay. But please, google the grammar of the past simple tense. You don't say "Did you saw", you say "Did you see". There are too many typos of this kind in the game.

Man, this game is really good. Started strong and is getting better and better.
New models look great, story is decent and game mechanic and transitions are clean.
I am at my limit with pledges but seriously considering reshuffling.
One of my favorite games at the moment.
