What this game really needs is the sex scenes to be fully animated. I tried to convince the dev to do it a while ago, but nothing came of it. I am trying to get others who have ai video rendering to see if it can be done.

This game has been finished for five years... why would the dev go back and dedicate a bunch of resources to do that when it's going to just halt production of their current work that's currently generating revenue?

I was trying to convince him to put animations into the game and release it on steam, since a lot of devs are doing that now and i think they have mostly been successful.
Basically i just wanted full animations for this game and making it a steam release would be the only reason to do it.

This game has more problems than just animations. It needs a total remake:
- Fixing a few quests
- Making better renders
- Adding animations
- Proofread the whole project.

Fixing just the animation is not just that. First of all it takes me one or two full days to make an animation or I would pay $100-$150 per animation and on top of that I will have to redo all the lights and try to mimic what I had before, because Daz has changed so much over time an old scene will no longer be rendered in the same way. So trying to get the same lights as before is a mess or I would have a big discrepancy in between animations and renders.

So now that we have better animations the renders look bad, so we will have to do the renders aswell. The only thing good in the old files is the poses, which honestly looking back at them could be improved.

Now that I have animations and renders I should fix the bugs and proofread the whole project.

So overall it will be too much work. I have already started a few months ago but quit when I realized that it's easier to work on a new game than fixing an old one.

In my opinion is just not worth it. Yeah, I could sell it then on Steam, but this game is no longer popular. I would invest hours and money in it and the reward will be minimal.

I just tested it, and it extracted fine for me.
Either make sure your winrar is up-to-date or use something else. I used 7-zip and had no problems with extraction.

Thanks - I tried using the MEGA app's GUI instead of downloading via browser and it works now.

Is there any way to enable autoforward? I spent an hour to look how to enable quick menu (which should exist by default...), uncommented the commented menu options under the quick_menu screen in game/screens.rpy but still nothing shows. Renpy seems to be a mess if it's that complicated... I just don't want to press space 40 000 times while reading.

There are universal config options that disable settings like this, so all you should do is just add code that toggles it back on or find where he turned it off and toggle it back on.

$ quick_menu = True

It seems like he went the extra step of commenting stuff out, or didn't know this and disabled it the clunky way by going around commenting stuff, but it SHOULD be as simple as toggle that variable between True and False to get it to vanish or appear.

For autoforward, it should be

preferences.afm_enable = True

Though again I'm not sure what else he's done with the code.

But it's definitely not Renpy's fault lol.

that vaguely sounds familiar. are you using the mod? I think I had to go to an un-modded version to prevent that crash.

Hi there! I bookmarked this game some time ago (I think someone recommended it to me) and now, out of curiosity, I took a closer look through the thread to see what it was about. There is a thing that "bothers" me a little.

There isn't any swinging/sharing/NTS tag, but I've seen some screenshots of different MMF scenes; are these avoidable or are they necessary in order to engage and progress with certain LIs? I don't like the prospect of them being there, but as long as they're avoidable, I'm more or less good to go.

It's been a long time since I played, but IIRC
One MMF scene is unavoidable, but it's an irrelevant side girl.
One MMF scene is avoidable with an MG, and I'm pretty sure if you don't do it, it doesn't happen.
I think there might be another scene where a woman's husband watches you with her, but doesn't get involved.

99% of scenes are avoidable, there's only a couple forced.

Nope, no animations. It's why there is no animated tag on this game. The dev's next game, No More Money, does have animations, though.
