Just started watching Trash Taste Highlights video "The ℌє That Will Awaken Something in You", and Joey, TheAnimeMan says Sakusei Byoutou means Semen Collection Hospital. I didn't even research what Sakusei Byoutou is then and now. Saku = collect, sei = semen, and byoutou = hospital buidling. Well for what he said lol

Finally got around to reading through the sequel. Major kudos to the writer for enhancing the original nurses' character and interactions + making you feel for them, making the main character more bearable (even if it is partially via him shutting the fuck up and being a pet for 2/3rd of this), and giving the new nurses really solid personalities on top of making them understandably resentable. Gotta love a nukige you can actually get at least somewhat engaged in, especially a femdom one.
In terms of weaknesses besides the translation having a shitload of typos, while the first two nurses are pretty solid, they really lack the mental weak spot that everyone else had; maybe that's supposed to be the difference between the first game's nurses and the OG Three, but then the last one does have a pretty big one. Also, this has got a pretty big case of status quo, where even after the MC is drugged and fucked completely mindless, by the next day/nurse he's just fine. That kind of shit would mentally scar you for life, it's not exactly something you shake off the day after. I wouldn't be surprised if at the start of the next one he just goes "man, can't believe I got drained and choked to the point of literal death yesterday, what a wacky adventure".

Just saw that the hentai anime thing released that lazy nurse and the new nurse so I just skipped straight to this one lol.
Although there does seem to be things I technically missed out but it was easy to consolidate those details in the form of flashbacks at least.

All of the versions of this game I can find seem to have the same viruses in them. According to VirusTotal there's a keylogger in there, so I personally wouldn't risk running it. I advise against it, unless your horny wins with reason. It might be a better idea to actually buy this one on Steam.
when did you download it? mine's from about 6 months ago, and i (read: virustotal) haven't found anything yet
