Actually, for now the player can influence the plot and avoid NTR. Another thing is that Nora herself is very prone to cheating and if she is left alone with another man, she will definitely start flirting with him.

I'm pretty sure it is a game where ntr is not contradictory to love in the relationship with Nora. Love will not prevent you getting all the ntr scenes. I'm like 95% sure
