You’ve got the red flag now, so you’ve definitely completed the main story. As for the side events, it’s hard to say — check your gallery, and if there are locked scenes, then you probably missed some side events or simply made different choices and unlocked other scenes instead.
The corruption path is only available for Monica. If you want to get the joint scenes with her and Azumi, then you need to follow the corruption path with her — but keep in mind that this will lock the office scenes. For the others, you need to be on the love path and then make your own choices to get the joint scenes with the other girls.
Not sure if it has already been mentioned or not, but during the early scenes, they talk about not being blood-related siblings.
