Well, since most suggestions on this thread are NTR (and most ppl on the thread are NTR fans), then yes it only/more focused on NTR, maybe it will be full on NTR if the dev implements some suggestions. There are some scenes for MC from what I read in the thread, but i don't think it's that much and he might also have MD as per usual in NTR games. Now I might be wrong since I didn't play it (and I doubt I will since it's so focused on NTR), so I might be wrong. It's a shame really, it has interesting concept, but turned out to be NTR.
The game in a nutshell is simple
Every Saturday you have to pay landlord rent for the FMC.
If you pay the rent you get a love scene with FMC on Tuesday morning in other words love path.
If you don't pay FMC has to do favours for landlord or in other words NTR.
Then the result depends on whatever player pay or doesn't pay the required rent money.
One thing I've noticed though if you go into any stage of NTR and then pay the due rent FMC will still continue doing the favour for landlord even if I assume the 1st stage which feels a bit odd since she doesn't have to anymore. Might change in the future up to the dev.
Dev appears to be adding more things too.

I see, then it's avoidable NTR that only happens if the player allows it. I love that! There are few games like this. I'd complete the Vanilla route first and then go for the NTR, of course, when the game has more content and if the developer continues down this path.

When it's complete NTR without vanilla I dont bother with it even tho im an NTR fan.

Sorry to disagree, there are loads of games that have avoidable NTR. What frustrates me is that devs cater to specific audiences separately. More likely, their game idea targets a fringe audience, like NTR, and a vanilla path is added to captivate the broader public, and add the CYOA element. Nothing against that, it's smart product development. Unfortunately, I belong to the minority that gets their kicks mostly from pushing boundaries, but doesn't enjoy it when its tied to unavoidable "bad endings". I prefer that you (or the LI) can screw up but avoid the worst consequences and the MC retains or regains control, with both main characters wising up in the process. There have been a few recent titles going in that direction, but I never lose hope that others might consider a more dynamic route like that.
Are there so many? I didn't know that. I'm a little new to this genre. What is the CYOA element? Oh and finally, do you recommend more games with this premise? thanks <3

CYOA is Choose Your Own Adventure, I used it as a general term to indicate a "game" rather than a kinetic novel, although I understand CYOA is a also specific genre within games. In general, in a CYOA VN you make a few choices that lead to independent story paths, as opposed to a sandbox or open world experience where you're mostly free to control the MC and events pop when time, place and/or certain conditions are met. Most games are somewhere in between.
I don't consider myself versed in NTR games, only took a greater interest recently, so there aren't many titles I actually finished, but two that fit the bill are those in my signature. In Deliverance, you can lose Kat if you cheat on her too much. In AlwaysFan it's more about you letting bad things happen to Emily or pushing her down certain ways. Both games also include a pure love path and a sharing path, and in both I think the sharing path is nearly flawless: kinky, pushing boundaries, but regularly reassuring you, in a non cringy way, that the LIs are very much into you, not becoming so slutty they steer away from being focused on your relationship.
If you check male protagonist + netorare tags here, and are willing to go through hundreds of titles, you'll find that many will mention "avoidable NTR". If what you're after is the risk of NTR while being able to avoid it, and then the possibility of following the NTR route out of curiosity, there's a lot of titles there for you. I myself prefer the middle way, stories with wife or girlfriend sharing content, or two-way swinging, and most of those are "hidden" in that list as well. If you check this page, you'll find a lot of games marked NTR, usually meaning they contain NTR routes in addition to sharing and sometimes vanilla love routes as well.
Hoping this game will have the middle way, too, but it's ok if this isn't what the dev and the support base want.

Interesting update, i played it yesterday and while i don't think have too much to say initially i'll probably end up writing another essay at the end of it all if you care for that stuff. I'll try not to impose myself too much, given that i already gave plenty of pointers/ideas/lists of things, whether general or detailed in this overly long post, but in any case thanks for the update, hoping 1.06 can be as good as it promises.
And honestly the game doesn't have as much content at the moment plus the one that already exist is rather easy to get yourself, which i'd encourage to do while it's that simple, given that it could be easy loading points for you in the future if the saves won't ever break.
Vanilla path has less content and currently still doesn't seem to have the diary entries, so it's a save after each saturday payment kind of thing, since the scenes happen on sunday morning after the successful payment the day prior (except the first payment, there's nothing happening after that).
And on NTR path you can just spam work on PC in the morning and then sleep on the bed afterwards to skip the days fast and with the exception of couple of FMC talking/date events interrupting the flow it's all you need to do to breeze through the game currently on that path. If you're interested in seeing the same diary scenes outside of the said diary, hidden behind the blurry windows, then you can take two days off each week and run to the back of landlord's window and spy at him morning and night when FMC works for him, after which you can go back to skipping days and then saving at the start of each saturday as the crucial saving point.
I personally went and tried the new game quickly and without really having to pay attention to any streaming settings i've got over 550 relatively easily before the middle of second week once the sponsors rolled in at the end of the first week. I've got some pennies from one stream i set myself too, luckily, plus the usual automated streams cycle yielded a few too afterwards, but i think you really need to work hard against yourself or be extremely unlucky to not manage the first payment.
You can always save right before the sponsors offers roll on and save before scheduling any stream to manipulate the best monetary outcome of each scenario, which is useful even if you know what you're doing with the streaming system itself.
Now making any further payment in only one week, on the other hand, can definitely be trickier, but once again nothing some save scumming won't fix.

Maybe there will be a functionality to spy through windows properly or intervene/get close up of full scenes, but nothing in the current game's state. I think you can't even go inside FMC's house anymore either (which you could do initially), which isn't really a problem since there's no interactions to go along with that anyway, but regardless of that it's probably too early to look for things like that at the moment.
I could if really needed, but it still depends on your preferred path and if a "full" save or whatever comes closest is needed or not.

Actually it's 550 and previously i'd suggest you might be behind on payments, but that should no longer be the case since the updated game is showing the proper required payment amounts when talking to landlord

Like always I recommend my favorite NTR creator Kegani Laboratory, they have my favorite type of avoidable NTR. One of my favorites by them is Time Loop NTR.
From my playthrough so far I'd say the difficulty with rent is overspending, far into the weeks I was starting to do quite well with the money though not paying any rent I still didn't have enough for all the backpay.

I agree, also the Barbarian one is great (but Time Loop NTR is better and I wish they could do a remake with more content)
they still remain NTR games, the NTR is still the point, non-NTR lover shouldn't play it, BUT the sole fact you CAN avoid being NTR makes the NTR better

In the barbarian one I always find myself maxing each stat for both girls, though there is one stat I can't get above 75% if I want to max all the other stats.

I just choose my waifu and give her all my attention and stop caring about the other one. Kegani Lab really likes to give us 2 girls though

Though in Time Loop it's a main girl and 1 secondary girl.
I played this game for the first time yesterday and got the ending for not paying any rent until the end.
