To add to said info, dev himself confirmed here that the "will be public after 7 days" isn't exactly true primarily due to wanting to include more recent bug fixes into public releases thus causing more work for himself. It would seem that public releases will more likely be at unknown times every few patches or something like that.

Wish there were more games like this, being in 3D just elevates the NTR voyeurism. Also really like the fact you can set the window opacity to suit your voyeuristic taste and the couple instances you can find the landlord creeping on her (Shame they seem to stop although that could be because she goes to his room everyday).

The stream could start based on her corruption, with the continuation chosen by the top donor, allowing viewers to influence the direction of these secret streams or see the results of someone else's choices.
For the main streaming system, we could introduce a requirement to purchase a game before streaming it, reduce the number of peripherals, but increase their price and impact to avoid people buying the same thing 25 times.

I hope that fully immersive VR tech (like from anime) develops in my lifetime. Not for training and education. Not for amazing VRMMO games where I can be a hero mage swordsman. Space sim game? Nope. I'm not going to lie: I'm really disappointed that the top donor from the corruption scene is the landlord and not a random side character or a new character, to differentiate between one route and another. If he is going to be in all the scenes of the corruption route, there's no reason to play it and go to the effort of paying him every week like in the vanilla route, since it's the same thing as the NTR route.
Would be great if when going the corruption route, but with a good relationship (No NTR), she starts inviting YOU on stream.
Is it even possible to make rent by the end of week 2? I feel like I'm railroaded into some element of NTR no matter what.

There is some element of RNG to it, but if you stream the top trending game and go for the sponsorships with the highest payout and the shortest length. Keep in mind, like IRL streams, the money is delayed. So you're getting paid for a stream 7 days ago, not your latest one.
I also like the idea of the corruption path having modifiers depending on other factors, like her relationship with the player vs the Landlord. As for "others" getting involved, to me it makes the most sense that it would be the random top donors.
