The game was always creating the folder what there wasn't there, what happend? Did the last update stopped making it

the dev update his game frequently but for quite a while i always have the feeling that we never gonna see the full version of the game, it's like he have so much ideas or quests and never discards them, he just throws them in every update and the game progression feels stuck since a while ago for me, idk if he is milking this, i personally do not think so, but recently every update just feels the same for me, i don't feel a real progress, it's quite a ambitious game with a lot of mechanics too so i understand a little bit that stuck in the mud feeling but idk.

Hotfix! The job "Waitress in the Downtown Bar" was crashing the game, and the save folder wasn't included in the .rar

There is a bug.
Check some posts here, there was a solution (slightly incomplete)

Another option is modify save file to make the quest complete (find a post that says about qc* or qsy* variable) and activate the next one (missing in that post)
