The issue was actually with Itch.io. They put the game under quarantine until their team verifies its safety, I spoke to them, took almost a week but them they said it it was cool.

Not exactly. There are a bunch of girls, but it’s not one of those 'magic dick makes everyone fall in love with the protagonist' situations.

If I can't finish the game with the MC having a romantic relationship with all the LIs I'm interested in at the same time and having them agree to it, then I'm not interested in the game.

Casual sex scenes without romance don't interest me, and in fact, I want to be able to avoid them. I'm only interested in sex scenes with LIs with which the protagonist is going to have a romantic relationship at the end of the game.
Finally, if at some point I have to choose between several LIs to see which one I start a romantic relationship with, I'll most likely choose to look for another game where that doesn't happen. Or if the MC starts a romantic relationship with a LI and at some point it ends, I'll probably finish the game at that point too.
So I guess I'm not interested in the game for now.

Keep it simple, so that in the end the MC becomes a Pokémon master and catches them all, that is, the largest interdimensional harem in history.
Based off the last scene this game seems like it will have NTR in the future so I'm passing. A long sex scene with one of the popular girls from Naruto without the MC ain't to my taste.

Ayame and Anko are the only ones that have sex scenes right? the 2 are just animated scenes (no pene)

I wouldn't judge the book by it's cover. I would argue that this could be the MC that shapeshifted into another person (Jutsu that is pretty common in Naruto)
