Played KLB 1.20, and except gallery fix (partial fix because TMWT still don't get you unlock gallery pictures), nothing major has changed, gym at first sight you might get post battle sex scenes but you don't, if you want to farm points for gallery gym is useful. And you buy food before fighting final boss.

the game does not create a save file, it writes the information to the Windows Registry Editor (regedit)
