from what I found just while playing:

• Rory and town guard restrain scenes are integrated into their fight scenes
• Rory has 2 completely new restrain scenes, presumably for blowjob/alley sex

The new restrain scenes are good, but you can only (as far as I know) grope, lick, or use the staff (you an also whip her if you equip the belt, pretty original).

I would love to see this game completed!

I dont think he ever does major updates, he only adds small things.
