It's embarassing i just used google translate but that seem pretty accurate , not that many words overall , but first when Jin is about to creampie her , they ask the MC and Yumi say ' don't worry i'll love you regardless of what you choose, and the mc agree , then she make Jin leave after the creampie ,She ask if the MC is satisfied , the mc ask about the 'dangerous day' , and she say it's was a lie to set up the atmosphere , then Yumi say that if the mc want she would do anything as usual , then he make a marriage proposal and she accept and say 'proposing just after another guys just creampied me , You ave a something loose in your heads' kek

Asuming they don't make another story arc, I think they'll go back to mina senpai. I don't think they'll do much Sena content though, or I don't expect them to. Sena is kinda whatever, she's just there i guess.
Sena is what happened to Yumi if she didn't have Haru, as they pretty similar personality and experience with the senpai. Kinda interested to see how degen and corrupted she can be without actual love especially after knowing Haru are fully committed to Yumi by now.

idk what NT00 is thinking if they plan on doing anything with sena, but in-universe, idk man, Yumi didn't seem opposed with sharing Haru at all, they've had what, like two or more threesomes now. Sure, maybe Haru won't marry Sena, but I don't see either Haru or Yumi rejecting Sena outright. I don't remember if Yumi knows that Sena also had encounters with Senpai, but I feel like she'd be sympathetic to her.
I would like if he definitely stop the story , time to move on to another girl Like Mina , tbh i feel like it'll be hard for a potential new work to be as good as Yumi/Haru

If there's any more Yumi and Haru content, I hope it's either flashbacks so that it's in the past and therefore irrelevant to the plot, or just straight up vanilla once they're married and shit.
