Is there some site you can recommend to learn how to properly mess with assembly files? I don't know much about it but I'm trying to learn how to properly mess with unity games in a similar manner as you.

you can use dnSpy to read and modify the code. you only need to know C# and how a Unity game handles the scripts.
i never looked for a site out there that teaches this kind of things.
i don't know if would be useful anyway, since every dev has his writing style and things to change vary from game to game...

You mean reused assets in regards to Honey Select ? Well you can create new characters and just use the cards, but even than I'd rather have reused assets than original girls in a terrible engine. I never said anything about multiplayer games, or circle-jerking.
..games that are over 8GB.. Even with 1 TB of HDD, I avoid those, because they're a pain to download without a torrent and an even bigger pain to delete. In this age of internet speed trotting, paid subs to downloading sites and VPNs, a lighter, more optimised game is a gem worth seeking.

I have like 500GB on both drives combined and I can't resist, this is basically my cum laptop. Yeah it's a pain to download, but it's a joy to jerk so the pros outweigh the cons. If someone promised be the best game of all time by my standards and preferences, that's gonna keep me occupied for the next month (if I played every day for 5-6 hours), I'd download a 20GB game in a hearbeat.
