You have to service a certain amount (25?) of men in the church and then talk to one of the nuns that tells you about a mysterious reward. Then to get the clue you have to have a nun in your party that joins you after you learn about what is behind the doors. She doesn't have any scenes yet but the game is coming out soon so hopefully she gets something.
