You can buy it from the armor stand in the low quality tier. One of the houses in the lower right hand corner of the town has Kiba in it.
Are there no new Mac builds? Any advice on getting the newest release working in Whisky? I just get a blank screen. I thought of joining the Patreon but I don't get the impression Mac is supported, and I can't even get the emulated Windows build working.
Can't find the assistant for Angus. I saw some people says he's in the first map of the fire dungeon but he's nowhere to be seen (the first map is small so it shouldn't be difficult to find this assistant)

The assistant can be found here. he's hard to see while moving around because of his colors, he kinda blends in with the environment
Hey, I can’t find the Water boss. I’ve managed to find and defeat all the others, but I’m stuck on this one. I’ve tried doing it the normal way and even used the cheat, but no matter what I do, I can’t see it. I found a prison, but it’s empty. Any ideas?

at the entrance there are two stairs, one goes up and one goes down. The boss is up, but you need to find the lever at the lowest level in the dungeon
