your directory name is probably to long change the name of the folder to something shorter and it should work

Just put it right in folder where the game.exe at
in my case it was because extraction created another folder where there was another folder with the same name otherwise it runs now

Downloaded using Mega using the initial version, didnt rename the files or anything. Extracting using the winrar japanese option/locale seemed to work

Endings would imply that there is only NTR.
Also, some dialogue goes outside of some text boxes and can't be read. This may cause issues with longer text boxes / crashes. I will mention that here if it happens.
