The verb 落とす literally means "to drop," but this is used figuratively to mean "lowering/reducing someone to a bad/negative state." In context, that state is being seduced/stolen by a カッコイイ (格好いい) 男 (cool, stylish, attractive man).

I agree. Checking the dlsite works, this could just be a thing to jumpstart a circle.
Overall, I would say it was mediocre. I got it for free, so there is that.
I cheated resources as well, just because the dialogue was grindy - as was the other stuff.
I also wanted to see if maxing out stats would let the MC goto town on the other guy.
