Seemingly everyone is against us! "Is the NTR avoidable??" This question haunts us in the discussions for our favorite games and we seem destined to be shat upon, but why? Why do you like NTR?

I like NTR because I'm a garbage person who wants to see others suffer! It's less a being cheated upon fetish (which is fine) but more that I want to see the world burn! If I'm not happy then fuck everybody else. Which seems more Alpha than Beta to me but I may be projecting a bit! Why all the exclamations! Frankly I find it more beta that people need to insert themselves into sex games to be fucking all of the video game ladies to get their self-esteem... disgraceful!

That is not necessarily true. NTR can also be unavoidable if it is one scene that is a plot device like it was in bad teacher with the scene where he catches his girl cheating on him with another woman, funny enough is that this got only a cheating tag and not NTR i guess thats because it wasn't a dude she was fucking lol.

Technically a game with one NTR scene, avoidable or not, or even a couple as bad endings doesn't mean that the game is a NTR game even if people on here go balistic and claim the opposite.

Not enjoying a kink is completely normal. But fear of being surprised by that kink virtually or hating others for enjoying that kink is very weird.

But I guess that is the root of most phobias, people fear what they don't understand.

But knowing if a kink is avoidable or not will still say very little about the contents of a game.

There are some full on ntr games where you can avoid all ntr, but you will finish the entire game and only unlock a couple of cgs if you avoid everything...
And there are many normal games that have non-avoidable ntr because of one or other scene but the focus of the game is somewhere else entirely.

So in the end it is an useless question because even if the ntr is avoidable people will have no idea how much of non-ntr content there is in the game nor how much ntr content there is when it is not avoidable.

I think we'll have to agree to disagree. I think what you said there sounds strange. I have trouble understanding why imagining yourself in the space of a story would have anything to do with being a loser.
Like, one of the base requirement for being able to write a proper story (so, for writing a book, making a game or creating a film scenario, or even acting a character) is being able to self insert yourself in a character and feel the world around them. Without that ability, you can't make a connection with the character, and it's really hard to describe things through the eyes of the character.

Are you really willing to call all writers, game developers, scenario writers and actors 'losers'? That sounds... A bit crazy.
