You get the car scene by following the NTS route and NEVER picking an NTR option I believe. You also can choose NTS chapter 4 from the chapter selection and just go from there.

Mind you, having FMC cheat simply because there's something lacking about MC's dick or his performance in bed (especially when it's something brief and temporary) does nothing to avoid making FMC look like you describe.
Like you say, it doesn't make much sense for a person to cheat in "perfect relationship" but there're many potential issues about relationship which can make it far from perfect and which have nothing to do with dick fixation.
This is also why the common approach in these games that's the author trying to push the idea how "oh MC and FMC actually love each other very much" tends to fall flat on its face as unbelievable. Because the relationship in reality is evidently deeply troubled if one or both partners look to find what they're missing in it elsewhere, especially when it's behind the other person's back.

So far FMC has shown no signs of cheating as a result of MC's current issues. She is however getting slightly frustrated at his lack of confidence and constant anxiety about James, which whom to this point in the NTR route, nothing has happened. He does have some health issues, I won't deny that, but they are a minor impact on the story at the moment. It's more to get him to have to go to the gym with James (which we will highlight next chapter) as well as be unable to compete in Field Day and thus have to be the photographer. I promise you his health issues are not going to be the main reasons that drive this story forward. There is going to be an actual plot...
Also, with regard to the emotional cheating. There are choices for the MC to remain indifferent to Claire's teasing. Where he continually presses that he loves Vi and won't do anything to risk it. Claire continues to just press the situation but MC can remain loyal and strong.

Am I the only one who is almost as excited for the coworker content?
The blonde gwenn-copy is really hot. Its not often that I prefer the MC-cheating content over the FMC-NTR content, but in this case Im more excited for it (and that is not because the FMC content is bad, quite the opposite actually).

She is certainly into MC...but in the NTR route she's certainly more outgoing when it comes to other men...she teases MC because at the moment he's unable to act on his desire (IF YOU CHOOSE THAT, HE CAN ALSO REMAIN COMPLETELY FAITHFUL TO HIS GF). So there are 3 chapters that are neutral...then 2 more chapters on the NTS route and 3 additional chapters on the NTR route. So if you play ALL routes it could potentially take an hour maybe more of your time to read the text and watch the videos. It's not going to eat up a ton of your time...

I though the story is about GF cheating on her boyfriend with or without his knowledge depending on choice but right now it just looks that MC is cheating on his GF with the Blonde if that'S the direction that please be upfront about this so we can make informed decision wether to waste our time with this game or not

No, Claire is sending the MC videos because she enjoys teasing her "prey". There are options to have the MC remain indifferent to her advances and some dialogues that keep the MC 'interested' for a possible revenge route. You can keep the MC completely loyal to his GF throughout. Up to this point Claire had no clear role established in the story, she needed something or be relegated to the side "friend" trope that has no bearing on the story other than to either facilitate the NTR or alert the MC of it. We want something different with Claire. Her storyline is now set up to play a pivotal role in the story moving forward. This is an NTR story, but we're not just going to throw Vi into the arms of James and make it a scenario to scenario project where the bull just finds new ways to cheat. At that point it ceases to become a story. Again, this might not be for everyone. When the NTR does happen you will feel it. I do appreciate your comments though, they are helpful and appreciated.
