Ive 'witnessed' 2 events with locked doors and sneaking into the side room, but the gallery is still empty despite her ero stats going up.

There is no real progress. You skip the time until you see a scene. On special days there is a short event (check the calendar in the dorm). Your route locked depends on who will fuck her first.

I realized later that u actually have to buy lockpits and farm enough SP so you can unlock to see the girls locations on the map. Then you have to follow the heart icons when theres a scene and use the lockpit to enter the room and view a scene.

Personally I actually do like when there's a time limit for this sort of game, it turns things into more of a puzzle to see if you can actually pull off victory, except in this particular case there's no challenge if you actually make an effort at it.

You can buy the Tulip from the shop, it's at the bottom of the list. Not sure what the trigger is though since I didn't see it until after the treasure hunt event, but I might've been blind.

I'd get that this is not AI CG if someone not even in grade 1 drew this, but we all know that wouldn't be true.

Yeah, I don't accept the claim that anything can be netorare if the MC likes them/is emotionally invested in them enough. It sounds like an incel-y take that only encourages incel-y delusions. I feel like childhood friends should count if both the MC and the friend are close enough that it at least looks like it could (have) evolve into being more than friends, but not if it looks like the love interest isn't interested in MC. What's even more wild to me is that I've never seen someone's dad fucking other people count as netorare, but plenty of instances where MC's mom is fucking someone and it's labeled as netorare.

You don't have to accept it, but that's the genre as the Japanese have made it.

As long as the MC is emotionally interested in the other party but the other party gets "taken" by someone else, that's NTR. Citations? Just look at all the NTR works, that's your citations.
