To get the love/pure route, you need to see Atelle and the MC scene at the treasure hunt and at the camping event. What you're supposed to get here is a neutral ending, where you miss both scenes but go on a date, and she doesn't have any progress with the other. Yes, there is another bug with the Tay event counter, so it shows his ending instead. But you didn't miss much. It was just a few dialogues where Atelle asked MC for a date.
I have a question about the adultery ending. This scene is with which character ? If I let Don sleep with Artel, the ending scene will be with him or is it predefined and it's another character ?

Ah, so likely the Treasure Hunt was my stumbling block, since even with 300 Affection, I just grab the treasures and get out, no event of any kind. Gotta go back there and try again, I suppose. I do happen to get some of the memories, plus the Camping Event, but if the problem is either a missing Treasure Hunt Event, or Tay event counter, not much left to do in the game.

At the training camp and the other event, you have to be the one to fuck her. The ending is based on who fucks her in those events.
For an easy way to do it, cuck all of the guys, only leave the one you want to see the ending with. Once he fucks her at least once, stop the other interactions and you fuck her too. There seems to be a hidden valor of bond or something like that.
If you get the scene with her at the camp, you did it.
If you see her with anyone but you, you failed.

The key difference between MC and the others is that if MC gets the Treasure Hunt Event and then the Training Camp event, but somewhere along the way allows other guys to fuck her, then you get the adultery ending. Anyone who's events progressed to sex is theoretically valid for the adultery ending, though I think the game prioritizes based on who's event went the farthest. I don't know what it does if two or more bulls reach the peak for the gameplay events. Maybe it picks at random, maybe it picks whoever fucked her the most... dunno.
Either way, if you want a specific adultery ending, you want to cock-block everyone else, but also cock-block the adulterer from the Treasure Hunt event and the Training Camp event. Aside from those 2 specific events, let him go wild.
