It is easier if you ask for something more specific.
But lets see:
At the beginning, get the 2 skills that cost 1 point, those let you know where she is and when something is happening.
If something is happening, you can choose to let it happen or stop them, if you want to stop the NTR you will need a lockpick, those have a % of breaking, you can get a skill that helps you with that.
This is important, even if you don't see the scene, the action happen, that means they can fuck her even if you didn't notice.
Always get the stats needed for the exams, if you fail you do extra lessons, that means you can't act for a day and they can go after her in that time.
To get money, don't bother with the quests at day, only do the one at night, that gives you an extra gold, costs less than the other quests and gives more.
There is 2 events in the game where characters go to camping. Whoever fucks her in those events is going to be the one getting the ending with her.
You can ask anything else that you want. With that you should be able to play and enjoy it.

Well, I tested it.
Letting one guy fuck her a number of times, when the camp event started he was the one that had the scene with her there, thus the ending too.
I then loaded my save, fucked her some times before the event, and this time I got the scene at the camp, not the other dude.
Tried this multiple times. It seems to be based on the number of sex encounters
So am I fine just downloading the game as is? cause I downloaded it and it says its the 1.0.2 version in the files but it has a bunch of updated files in it and asked me to replace a ton of them, or do I still have to manually download the patch?

No it isnt. Heroine is cheating on her own, you can just choose to allow it to happen or not. Netorase is about mutual agreement on having sex with someone else.

The developer is working in a new game.
You can also check his other works, I just played Kirara and it is good. Not as good as NTR knight, but it is good.
