I'm in Europe and after checking some of the other articles usually the updates have been around extremely early morning for me (12-2 am), so that'd be like 7-9 am Japanese time. So yeah it's gonna be a few more hours at least. Regarding DLsite the update process is quick usually so I don't think that's gonna be a problem
