I have no idea if this will work, but try this:
1) Close the game.
2) Go to C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\LocalLow\GoldenBoy\NTR Legend.
3) Open Save.es3 in your text editor of choice.
4) Under "Screen" : {, change "value" : to the opposite of what it currently is, so true becomes false and vice versa.
5) Save.
6) Open the game.

It's been radio silence since March. August is still the window in which he might release an update, but the radio silence is unlike GB, so hope is lost for most people.
There is no reason to assume he is dead, more so than he just walked away from the project for 100 other reasons. He might have gotten someone pregnant and is now dealing with that, he might be taking care of a family issue (which itself could be tens of different options), he could be ill, he could have mental struggles, etc. etc.
Just keep it at "He has not posted anything in a while" which is a fact. No reason to assume things and spread those assumptions around.

I would assume dev becomes a NTR legend themselves and no longer wants to do update 
I don't post much but... Just when I take a liking to a game it is dead/abandoned. such a shame. Why are we here just to suffer?
I believe in the new devs with their own game just please don't abandon us like goldenboy did. It is an untapped market in my opinion where you can make loads of cash and be respected. NTRLegend certainly did make a good amount. Once you complete your game I don't care if you disappear after since you deserve it.
It is going to be hard since making a game is not easy but I personally believe in you. If you don't know what to do I think using goldenboy's roadmap as inspiration can help or just 'borrowing' some ideas with or without your own take. And a bunch of folks from around can offer suggestions or advice which you can pick and choose what works for you.
Since I am here I might as well say that for your future games if you decide to make any I would like to see an NTR game that involves time travel. Like you are the chad and you see this lovely woman and then you discover you have time travel powers that only works once. So you go back in time to make the lady yours. The twist is when you do go back in time eventually the cuck realizes that he is back in time and it is a race between the chad and the cuck to get the girl. To make things interesting it could be the other way around where you have to get your girl back before the chad takes her. Maybe both paths but I think that would be too much for you. Game plays like NTRLegend/your game. And it is not like you have to make it from scratch as you can use some assets from the game you are currently making. I could see this as a instant hit if done well of course and I don't think anyone to my knowledge has made such a game so it is potentially unique and first of its kind as was NTRLegend we have grown to love.
Good luck. Perhaps you might become the next NTR legend... but don't let that get to your head though. Play it coooool. Even if goldenboy does come back from the dead you both can coexist since currently goldenboy as I am aware with my limited knowledge has a monopoly in this genre and a little competition can't hurt. And besides if he is actually dead (seriously maaaaan)... then you have inherited the mantle. Make goldenboy proud rip. It is a shame I can't code/draw and such I would've gladly offered my services for free to boot. That is all for my words of wisdom peace.

Search for "update", "park", "content" in this thread and you'll find a lot of discussion about this. It's supposed to be the next update but chance of it coming still is slim.
