Their aniversary, it is supposed to be the "ending" moment, but it still has not been implemented.
Nothing else sice the October status update, he did say that he´ll make a progress report near the end of each month untill the update is realized.

He is just adding 2 more npcs sex scene (bdsm girl at shop and runner lady at the upcoming park) as far we know. Ending is likely just an open ended pregnant state model for sex thats all. The game is pretty much completed most devs will just move on to their next project for earning more profit.
Took me a whole month but I just realise he is memeing, the whole send to another world is likely us driving a truck at new part time job knocking into random people and isekai them.

End of the month is my best guess but it could be that GB just releases the update and doesn't share any news leading up to it

I can't go to the Hair/Skin/Accessory Tabs at the Succubus store's Costume vending machine to buy some, it's always stuck on the Cloth section and the other tabs don't respond no matter how many time I click on them...

They are just placeholders. The developers have not put those features in yet.
