Like Dimensions said. You need to defeat one or two of the thugs. They usually appear around 1pm in-game as long it isn't raining for that day. I don't know if it's required or not but you might need to fight one of them at night so around 7-9 pm in-game.

You don't need to fight them at night as I never did. The first guy allows you to cancel tutoring classes with Yui and Kaede which isn't useful until you beat the third thug. Second thug makes the boss give you the locker room key. After beating the third guy you can bring the girls to the back of the store for sex, you'll need to cancel classes for Yui, Kaede and Rena. Do note that for Sakura
How are you supposed to progress with Sakura after beating the thug? I talked to her after her shift and she went "Are you planning to do something with me?" and refused to go home with me. Which is admittedly a fair question from her, but still.

You have to tutor her at night. If that isn't a option then you missed some trigger.
Well bummer. The only times I see her in the game are during the day when she stands at the front of the store and complains about missing her studies and at night after her shift when I get the answer I wrote about in the earlier comment. No options for tutoring. Unless there's an encounter with her I'm missing?
she should be studying at the back at 20:00. if you talk to her while she's studying it will trigger the event where she have yyou tutor her. You might need to talk to the manager once or twice to get some dialogue out. I don't remember the exact details on that one.
Thanks for that tip, but I can't find her there. And I can't enter the employee area, as it just says only the night shift go in.
I got one bit of progress with her though. There was an encounter with Aoi inside the store and she complimented me to her, which raised her lust level slightly. I guess her studying is a random encounter I haven't run into.

Just to confirm you did beat the thugs enough times that the store manager lets you enter the back room area at night, right? The back room area where Sakura is studying at night.
I think we found the issue. If I talk to the manager, there's just the "smalltalk"-option. He just says he heard the thugs found a new boss and nothing about the door. And yeah, I can't enter at night.

Maybe you beat all the thugs too quickly. You didn't get the rewards for beating the first and second thugs so you missed the trigger to enter at night to progress Sakura.
Yeah, there were no rewards at all. So that seems to be the bug.
I think I'll give up on this game. It's clearly not finished despite being "Version 1.9". So I can't be arsed to restart and look for possible minefields where I could do things in the "wrong" order for the game, and the like.
Also unless scripting's broken there too, none of the girls really seem to change their attitudes in any way after their lust level hits 5, which feels massively dumb and unrewarding.

just missing a few scenes now, wish I could save before picking the ending I want
overall good, wish there was more variety but still pretty solid

I personally went into the store when Sakura was working and another of the girls was there to mention the tutoring, which may be necessary to introduce her to the idea you can teach her? I dunno.

You can save your game before the ending. Just save at the 1st of July, a day before the ending triggers then all you need to do is sleep through the day. It would be nice if you could save on the exact day then all you need to do is choose the ending but it isn't that bad just skipping a day to trigger the ending cutscene.

and the worst thing is i dont have a save.is beating the second thugs and asking the key from manager is only way to trigger? Is there no other way after beating all thugs?
i scored some impression from sakura when Aoi, kaede, yui and taeko talked with her at store. Later there is no progression.
Also i almost reached the end of the game, i need to increase rena level who is in level 4.
i unlocked every characters scenes almost.

As far as I know, yes. I think you need to talk to the manager after beating each thug. Perhaps there's a coding error where you get locked out of the previous rewards if you don't unlock them before beating the next thug.i beat all thugs a long ago
