For Rena you need to be able to have S** with Kaede and you need to be in a room that isn't the toilet/restroom. I recommend save and reloading until Kaede is in a good spot. Have S** with Kaede and you should see Rena if you don't just do a round and finish the scene and you should see Rena peaking.

Just hope that this game provides a bit more context to some of the endings if it's like NTR Lesson. Like if the main character and x girl becomes a couple with a secret relationship or if x girls (if there is multiple of them) decided to stay with the main character
