The dev should ask his Patreon members to provide the comments. Its a nice perk to see yourself in the game and the dev has to come up with less stuff himself.

Regardless of if it's me (MC) or Sam visiting Liz at work, Sam's pics at 18+ space are the same (office bj). Does this mean that it's Matt now doing shooting stuff with Sam and they are already acquainted, that's why, knowing Matt is trouble, she tries to cockblock him from Liz, or if MC is visiting Liz, it's just some other guy with big cock in Sam's photoshoot (which is unlikely, in my opinion)?

Checked Happy path update from my last save, and ngl it's weird that Liz is so Mattdick-hungry after a couple days of Matt's absence. Based on the pics, they f#cked just 8 times in my Happy run (let's make it 10-12 for all scenes), and even with nanobots it's kinda not enough to make her so obsessed with Matt's rod to the point of no more getting satisfied with MC's.
Naaahh... I don't think Matt and Sam are affiliated (unless the Dev is making this a shocking surprise that Sam is secretly affliated to Matt).
The office bj scene is probably just one of the scenes they decided to do for shooting contents and that it is only a coincidence that the office background maybe identical to Matt's office....
About that PPS. Well, since the blackmailing is still up, Matt can decide whether changing panties to thong, or he removes them the moment he has the chance, or simply asking Liz to come to the office without wearing anything underneath.

Lover neglectful BF:
Decline invites and don't visit Liz at work as long as they don't kick you down to Happy. Make Liz go out with Sam instead if the choice exists or if declining will make Liz go with Sam instead. When Liz is out with Sam, do not ask Sam to check Liz or take her home. Do not agree with Sam about the Ishani drawing and refuse to help Richard.
Notes:
- during the 1st clubbing scene with Liz and Sam, if MC will not talk to Matt the path will become Happy. Make sure to talk to Matt to stay in Lover.
- to ensure Lover will not go down to Happy, make a temporary save before selecting the choice to decline invites. After declining, make another save again. If the new save is still Lover, you may continue and move on to the dialogues. If the save becomes Happy, go back to the first save to load it where you have to agree on the invite to avoid being thrown down to Happy. Do the same routine on any succeeding scenes that will have choices to agree or decline. You can delete the temporary saves once you are done confirming the path.

Yeah, I thought it could be the dev just being lazy to make different photoshoot scenes for Sam's office visit/non-visit.
