Being on happy is not enough you have to make specific choice during the previous updates...
First you need to be on a very lewd run.
when Liz ask you to go shopping you after the camping trip, have to let her go with Sam then pick every nts option you can 'find hot when oogling, make her wear a revealing dress, make her tease, let her drink more)
At the university suggest show skin as pointers and let her stay with the students.
Then make her wear a short skirt at work.
On prankster day let her meet Sam when Sam ask you tell her it is your idea, and let Liz confirm.
At the beginning of 0.19 part don't meet Liz and let her go with Sam again

Oddly enough, I get the innuendos with Liz/Sam on Lovers only, not Happy, as if Lovers were the route that's going to send you to NTS, lol.

Happy NTS route Don't meet Liz at beginning of 0.19, don't go to the club. You have two choice that can lead you to thoses pics. You can piss off Sam in 0.18 or while Liz and Sam are in the club don't ask Sam to bring Liz home

Get the guide on page 1( yes...where you download the game) pick the routes( Lovers, Happy NTR, Happy NTS, NTR and NTRS, and NTR high will)

It's actually very clear what happened during the prologue drunken picture, you literally have an app that tells you if Liz is a virgin or not. What he did is that he took an extremely compromising photo and Liz is desperate to hide it from you... for some reason... even though talking to you would have resolved this just as well as Sam being a responsible friend... yeah let's just blame it all on the nanobots.

That's what I did yesterday (and I just tried again, same result)--not meeting and then not asking Sam to bring Liz home, I mean. And I get M168-M173. So I guess I'll need to go back earlier than that. I'll try pissing off Sam in 0.18, let's see if that works...

If you get M168-M173 it means that you are on the happy normal route. To have M159-M167 you nedd to have Liz to wear the blue dress. Here are the steps :

At the beginning of 0.19 choose : i am busy/ you are more beautiful/ suggest something lewd/ you should buy something lewd
To Sam choose Yes
To Liz : well done/ nope it was not! pure/ Yes please/ wear it/ yes/ not that much/ who this/ wow/ yes i did/ i am really tired/ sorry/ wear something revealing (this one is important)
To Sam: I am okay with that/ As far as Liz want / pic / Have Fun

This has been done without pissing Sam off

I don't know what dev was thinking with when he decide the route choices should makes zero sense for the players. If the routes design and story are illogical, just put hints beside the choices, nothing complicated.

That's where the discrepancy comes from. After I tell Liz that she's more beautiful, I can't suggest anything to her, my only possible reply is "Have fun", ie

In none of the options I've tried in 0.19 have I seen the blue dress.

This confirm what i think Happy normal path. You don't seem to have picked enough NTS choices in previous updates... Try this if you have a save on the happy path after the camping trip :

Yeah, that's what I thought. I have two Happy saves, one Normal and one with every NTS option up till now, and both get me the same results, so I guess I must have messed up my NTS save at some point. Drat.

Thanks anyway, guess I'll have to get much further back than I hoped (starting from 0.18 doesn't help either).

Just make sure you are on a lewd run too (i don't know know if this has really an impact but considering the content it probably has)
