What I meant is by that, you're on lover route but maybe if you only had sex with her the fewest time might equal being thrown out of lovers path in 0.22 no matter your choices
I don't wanna sound exagg but I have about 5-10 saves per path. And they are not just the 3 main paths:
NTR
NTRS
Happy
Happy NTRS
Lover (pure Liz companion)
Lover (conservative)
Lover (declined invites to let Liz be with Sam instead)
So I probably have 50+ saves in total, lol.

NTR high and low will
happy with sam angry and happy with MC
Lovers with Sam happy and angry with MC
As of the current version, there are options to decline the sex option, like "don't have sex with Liz" or "only fool around with Liz". But this can still make you stay in the Lovers path. However, there are other options that are critical. Those moments when Liz wants to spend time with you overall (regardless whether with sex or not). In one of the beginning conversation when Liz ask to spend time or spend the night but you declined or chose work, or those moments when you ignore Sam's warning and decided not to go to Liz, that definitely kicks you out of the Lovers path.
However, the latter part of 0.20 has become a Lover-safe haven regardless of what option you choose. Be it good or bad option, you remain in the Lover path. This is the part when Matt decided to do "soft approach" with Liz. From there, no matter what you choose, even if you select the bad option to make Liz blowjob Matt in the club bathroom or deep throat him in the office, you are still in Lovers path, as long as it is after the "Matt's soft approach".

So it's actually 4 routes then?
1. happy route with sam angry at MC
2. happy route with sam happy with MC
3. lovers route with sam angry at MC
4. lovers route with sam happy with MC
Or is it more of a mix of sam being happy and angry at the MC in both routes?

I notice some mistakes the mood of Sam for now only matter in NTS scenarios so 6,7,12,13 don't exist.
Another thing Lust don't matter for now in Lovers, but Lewdness probably will.

As for now there is no way to influence Sam mood in the NTR path, you can only do that on happy nts

yeah, there's a lot. especially as unlike most others VN, you can move around most path at any point in the game with slightly different outcome depending of your choices.
I almost never made Sam angry, so I don't have saves for those (okay, I've got one in happy NTS for the scene on the beach
), and I certainly don't have a "low lust" option, lol. However, I also went for "helped Richard/didn't help Richard" variants in the last update, especially on NTR, as I think these may prove crucial down the line.I loved the beach event on happy nts particulary when you let things go too far. Sam threat at the end is priceless "If it happen again i will show you what i mean by going too far". I wonder what Sam will do if you piss her enough. Will she make Liz do some erotic modelling or better porn directly...I almost never made Sam angry, so I don't have saves for those (okay, I've got one in happy NTS for the scene on the beach

So overall it doesn't matter how many saves i make since every update there is going to be more, so i should just have a save on the important choices like helping richard and making sam happy or angry?
I would say, have as many as you like. I mean, the game has three obvious main routes from the start:
- Lovers, in which you try to save Liz from Matt
- Happy, in which she's still in love with you but finding joy (after a time) in being with Matt
- NTR, in which Matt has totally corrupted her and she's drifting away from you (more or less quickly depending on your choices)
Obviously, if some of these don't interest you, you don't need to have saves for them. Then, there are variations in routes (for example, high will or low will NTR; in the second, Liz is basically Matt's fuckdoll, while in the first, she's becoming the instigator in their relationship at times). And Nosy recently started adding another route, which isn't there yet but for which the groundwork has been laid: NTS--which will be (slightly? totally?) different on whether you get to it from the Happy or NTR main routes. Plus some smaller variations that basically just lead to different pics.
Also, you now have Sam happy or not happy, although it's too early to say yet whether this will have a long-lasting impact or not. And agreeing (or not) on helping Richard, which the game tells you is a MAJOR choice, so you can bet this one will have ramifications down the line.
So yeah, it's quite a lot, but you don't have to pursue everything, obviously. Or you can and just go all-in, your call.
