Lovers : you are the most effective to protect the girl and she don't get fucked yet
Happy : you made a mistake on Lovers and she fucks Matt.
NTR : you make an huge mistake and she rapidly knows Matt dick and become addicted to it.
Matt only take her virginity on the NTR path, on the others if you don't buy condoms at all she barges to MC place to have sex after endured a day with a vibrator.

An useless request, some of the hidden are path dependent and most of them have variations depending of the choices you made during your playthrough. An simple example of this is that there is a chatlog right after Matt had anal sex with Liz for the first time... It don't make sense to unlock it on Lovers where Matt didn't fuck Liz at all.
They cannot be unlock all at once in 1 path. Some chatlogs will only be unlocked based on the chosen path whether Lover, Happy, or NTR... If I'm not mistaken, the only chatlogs that will be available on all 3 paths will be the very 1st chatlog of Matt and Liz, the first few chats of Matt and the short-haired petite slut, and the 2 chats of Richard. There are probably others but I don't remember them.
Speaking of which.. I will definitely do new full runs on each path... I just noticed on some of my old saves I wasn't able to buy other chatlogs due to lack of money and they were previously expensive (I think they were $70 each before). Now that the chatlogs are only $20 each, I will do new runs where I can definitely buy all available chatlogs of each path.
