From the demo its seem you choose what ending you had from the previous game, and it picks up from there.

I'm pretty sure that it's actually a mix of both normal/good and bad ending depending on how it goes, from what the demo showed, it seems that has a far more different start than just picking a ending since there are relationship points again.

Yea, it's the connection that needs to be lost. If you don't give a shit about your sister you probably don't care how she changes. It's establishing that connection that most crappy NTR forget to do.

The best NTR for me is when you do everything right. You get a good character relationship established. A good example is Lean 2.

It does skew heavily to voyeurism but that's something that's already pretty core to most works in some way or another, and there's still enough of a feeling of loss that it fits. If there was some kind of spectrum it would be way off at an edge. NTR is both a wide genre and extremely polarizing so it only makes sense that just about anyone can find some aspect they don't like.

Agreed. Not that the others haven't already done a good job explaining what the genre is, but I'm also going to throw my two cents at it. The element of unfairness is fundamental to the definition of NTR. While it doesn't completly break away with genre, I too consider the attempt to make the affair a payback by the wife as diluting the strenght of game/story.

Going further, and maybe more subjectively, I think this should be extended as to include other ways this may happen besides the "asshole husband" situation.

Again, my humble opnion, but games with stories where there is a biological issue(husband has a small peepee or can't impregnate wife) help make the act too much in the realm of "reasonable" or "justifiable".
