I tried an older demo and idk if it's just me but the game didn't seem very fun and the NTR was kinda meh because you can easily decide if you want the NTR or not, or the NTR was way too predictable? Like if you want scenes, force the girl to room with the NTRguy at the inn. Is it any deeper than that?

I think the NTR will mostly only effect you if you are trying to do a harem, at least inn system wise. The girls can also get snatched in combat encounters but thats low fruit grape NTR.

Yea, not really the NTR I prefer either. I do know some of it was changed for the demo as to not reveal too much. You also can get NTR by losing fights. However so far in the demo its all things you have to let happen which doesn't really do it for me. Im hoping some of the non-revealed stuff will be unexpected unavoidable stuff like the first part of Lean 2.
Yeah, the previews of the game are not really appealing at all... But personally, I loved the game for having real porn... I was always a fan of real porn games, and I feel like this one is amazing for how it makes the situations and such... I don't know if you tried it but if you decide to do so, use "cheat engine" or something because it's very grindy... You can skip the grind part basically by using cheat engine and winning the battles

there's also a bit of quirk to the mechanic. sometimes there are party members who are mad at each other and dont want the same room for the night, sometimes they want to be in the same room as you, sometimes having fixed rooms for specific members for the night, etc.
so there's a management aspect where you can get caught in a situation where you have to sacrifice putting a girl together with a male party member. so if you want to avoid it, make sure her guard against that specific man is still high, and cycle through the girls in those cases, so they dont advance enough to fall

Game is not released yet. Free trial is from Dlsite but they do offer a limited version of the trial that is more updated from their Ci-en.
