It's ok it sells only points and points only can be used on dlsite with 1 point = 1 yen. Used it with no problem.
They make no profit over this, so if you do the full reasoning : website "unaffiliated" with dlsite that sells points from dlsite, you can only redeem on dlsite.

No problem, works perfectly fine. To be clear it's basically a legal way to circumvent the overreach about content from visa/mastercard, since the two companies dlsite and dlpoints are technically different legal entities, and the one using western payment processors only sells "fake money"/"gacha money", nothing even remotely lewd, so they have no basis for banning them. It would be like banning an electricity company for selling electricity to a porn website.
