Personally, I dont want any combat in my NTR porn game, no matter how good it is. I agree that if you can make good combat systems that's fun, then just make an indie game.

It's worth it when it's tied to the ntr :
- girl heals the mc or the netori depending on her corruption level
- gropping/sex happening behind the mc back during a battle
- (idea I've never seen implemented) poisoning/debuffing the mc secretly instead of healing him, for example putting him to sleep

For me it has to be something that is well thought out in the game as a mechanic, for example, in Emma Milf warrior it made sense to have a battle because well.... She is a warrior hahaha, plus you had the possibility that the monsters raped Emma when they removed her armor.

Another case is Fujino's Sao game where the antagonist gropes or harasses Asuna during combat.

In short, it has to be a mechanic that is well thought out and not just fighting for the sake of fighting.

There is a game called Netori Tactics (or something like that) that I don't know if it has that kind of scenes during the fights, but it would make sense to have it by the description of the game.

Maybe they just banned it for the image generation then, it was the first thing I tried and it said "Adult content not allowed". There is also no setting to change it anymore

Yodayo has banned/deleted xxx and x characters, R characters are unlisted I think? Unless you already have a lot of ongoing chats, good luck finding new characters. Also, the AI is trying to avoid anything sexual now... it's still possible to get around that, but it's a giant pain in the ass.
I use janitorai and venus chub ai now, works good enough and its completely uncensored.
Plenty of NTR bots to discover there.

For art generation, I have no idea.

It's pretty unsual for non-japanese ntr game/vn to start jp voiced. I know it's still in its beginning stages, but quality of the initial presentation and that the dev is a fan that plays ntr games shows potential imo.
