At some point people maybe will understand that "inclusive adult content" is just yet another category, and even if it has a niche demographic interested, it's not for everyone. It has been tried, it has a following, but guess what, it seems like the rape story with non con incest with a racist villain is more popular. Being shocked by that doesn't matter, it's easy to avoid.
If you can't explore what makes you tick in a safe environment like fiction, from rape to whatever, what's even the point of fiction.
Fiction doesn't have a moral imperative to show only moral and non dangerous (for irl humans) stuff happening.

It's not about giving an option in a fun route, it's seeing that option as the only one. Some people are so obsessed with their ntr hate they'd read ntr stories just to be angry. As if expecting some kind of medal.

I like that concept too. Some games pulled that off well, and some not so much.

But I'd say you pretty much described the problem. The h-game community - especially the ntr one and its haters - has some of the whiniest, most passive-agressive and childish consumers on the genre. Whenever people try to do something a little unusual, or try a new trope, a new idea, a new format - it's met with intense downvoting, people criticizing the game to death or flaming the developer on his socials. I've seen it time and time again. So lots of devs try playing it super safe and end up trying to make what's gonna please everyone - the same ntr game you've seen 1000 times by now, for example. It's a small community, after all.

Even bringing the idea up of MCs that can fight back on a discussion forum like this has people debating you on why it's "wrong" for said idea to even exist. It sucks.

a lot of games are like that. it is more uncommon to find games where the hidden is not visible. they may not show it to you straight away but it is ofthen unlocked in galleries. so for recomendations you have like 80% of the games.

And maybe the author can craft plotlines which gives FMC/LI a reason to remain loyal, at least in appearance, to the MC (albeit going behind his back on most chance she gets).

I personally think that the above is an even bigger betrayal than the traditional NTR-via-corruption plot where (as i see it) it's just a woman who fell victim to the lechery of and/or blackmail from an imposing, manipulative and persistent bastard.

yeah, but in these two the mechanics were different. there were small icons and many details that was telling what's happening to fmc, which was really good. sadly, i haven't find anything like that in many ntr games

so while you're playing the survival aspect of the game you can also "see" the fmc getting ntr'd as well. then when you get back to the base you can check the fmc's diary to view the actual scene that transpired while you were outside surviving. i meant something like this

Thanks for the rec. I think i came across this when i browsed dlsite once. And i kinda remembered it not having any english translation. Why was Iro Yoridori the only exception then? EDIT: why am i not seeing more of these japanese VNs translated to or re-released in english?

You can pay 7$ and use Mtool to have a good translation for any not-translated NTR game out there, paying 7$ gives you the possibility to use chatgpt for the translation and it's amazing and very understandable

Sadly yes there is no proper translation for this one, yet. Ppl already requested but so far no translators want to take it.

Well i'm a wanker first and foremost, so as you can see i have less tolerance when it comes to unfulfilled expectations. Hence i frequently find myself less willing to give a chance to something which ticks my "turn-offs" so to speak.

But to be critical about phalluses, yes i too share the same sentiment . For me it is not the size per se, but its the pathetic juxtaposition between the antagonist's (often) larger than life ego/complacency and the lack of manhood to back it up. With such lackluster endowment, he should have been self aware of how the reason he's able to corrupt the girl has less/little to do with his sexual prowess, instead mostly just proximity and lack of morals. Indeed a delusional brat equipped with plot armor is an eyesore. In real life, this "mr steal yo girl" would have been cucked all the same by a bigger fish.

Nebel may be a possibly one. though you do not get more than her heart rate going up and down while you look for the scenes that you should reveal.

Sadly that meta info mechanic. is not used widely. there is a recent NTR game with a demo where you see the clothing status of the woman while you adventure. and you can get some video chat with her. as well.
