But the game looks hard to translate, there seems to be a lot of static hand-drawn elements that would need manual editing to translate. Even then it probably isn’t on an engine compatible with MTL

Jesus, that sucks. Sounds like the one guy working at that company had quit because he was doing all teh work and not being paid on time. Then the 2 idiots left had no idea wtf they were doing. And just wanted to dictate changes that they thought would be cool without thinking about how that would affect the game development progress.

Being a Dik is a game that I wouldn't want to have NTR, I wouldn't be able to deal with it, which shows that NTR is a genre that needs to be refined into a solution that works for it, yes, I'm talking chemically to be more precise. Although you can see within Being a Dik that the MC can clearly treat himself as a type of Netori, or even be the one who is cheating, I mean, in the latest update of the game, you are on the route with the "saintest" girlfriend and yet it is the route where the developer literally created several branches for you to cheat on this character and in a way that I found perfectly well directed for a porn game, I mean, in the case of Jill (the character you cheat on), you even cheat on her with your childhood best friend in the latest update, and the scenes of this are too erotic (and I'm not a fan of Netori or anything like that, but within Dik this works very well, for a game focused essentially on vanilla)

imo not every game needs NTR, vanilla is also a perfectly good genre and filling every game with NTR will make most games with optional NTR even more bland than they are right now. IMO games that fully focus on NTR execute it better anyway.

Could anyone please tell me what kind of ntr will be in the upcoming Fate Grand Mamma game? The ntr doesn't seem as clear cut as it is in their other first game where it's a king basically ntring the hero. Is this new game just going to be netori of husbands we will probably never even get to see? Lol

Actually, expecting every vanilla game to include netorare is like suggesting that all mainstream games should incorporate pornographic content.
While contrast and juxtaposition - say, blending horror with romance or weaving comedy into dark fantasy narratives - can create compelling tension, such fusion thrives only when intentional, not obligatory.
Ultimately, games excel when they specialise rather than dilute their essence. A focused vision usually resonates far deeper than a checklist of mismatched themes.
P.S. I’ve always found the interplay between Incest and Netorare themes intriguing - in different ways, like siblings stealing back each other from their spouses, blackmail-rape momntr/sisntr by some kind of bully, or the vanilla-but-thrilling trope "falling for sister/mom of my friend/enemy".
But I’m hardly advocating to mandate ntr as a garnish for every incest narrative, nor insisting that all tales of betrayal demand an incest twist.
On the contrary, such taboo-squared narratives are thrilling precisely because they are rare and raw, offering diversity and unpredictability. Meanwhile, the relative abundance of mom/sis x bully doujins in the last decade has rendered them somewhat clichéd, which is hardly beneficial.
