Close, best is when the FMC falls in love with the bulls cock only, the bull shouldn't have feelings, all he wants is a harem of every woman in the MC's life. I actually like the FMC staying in love emotionally with the MC and always being mostly sympathetic and sweet to the MC, or at most submissive in the face of the Bull only humiliating the MC, if its not hidden NTR at that point. I also hate the MC getting any action at all, but that is a different topic.

At the end of the day though its all the writing and surprise, good writing can make anything work. I have tried to commission stories from my own ideas and it's never as good as discovering when an unknown story goes.

I feel the variant you're describing would work better if the bull didn't really care about the MC and it was the MC thinking the bull is focusing on him. Kinda like a reverse harem protagonist situation, only that a "bad guy" is the MC and the protagonist is the bull.

The self insertion projection and discussion is very tired and a bunch of people always come in to say that this isn't the case. Not liking sharing has nothing to do with it, corruption is not inherent to or necessary for NTR and it isn't strange that some people don't like it when it gets past a point.

Which is why I said it's kinda down to preferences in the end. Because, as the reply above said, good writing can make many things work as long as there's enough to maintain SoD.

about the antagonist sharing the girl, to me if it is good or bad only depends on the portrayed interest of the antagonist towards the girl.

if he does not care about her then by all means share her. otherwise I would rather not. for example. Why would you give your girl drugs if you want to keep her to yourself. if you go down that route then you may as well share her. I do not mind if the interest in the guy is just about destroying the girl. it all depends on the story.
