Love that ruleset, I'm deffo gonna try to play the same as you. Lockpick success chance always bothered me though. If you do not level it at all, it has 100% success rate, but if you put points in it can fail...? dam.The lockpick success is always 100%, it's the break chance that is affected by the skills. So long as you don't put levels on it then it's fine.
There are several cheat tools in this forums. MTool and RPGM cheat tool. You can search for these if you want.
It is a bit of trial and error as it can be finnicky. I tried to edit the bool flags with Atelle meetings flags but it bugs out the game when I do that.
I did trial and error on forcing meet ups so the attempts happen faster than it should. I forgot which one is which(as even the variables are in Japanese, so I had to MTL the variables). There is a variable that has something to do with how many meetups happen(the max might be 2-3. it's still janky so I don't know if that actually does anything) and the chances of it happening(per day). I can't remember specifically so you might need to do trial and error yourself. I also messed with meet up chance (per bully) and locked it. So even if I successfully interrupt the bullies, the chances doesn't go down.
My self imposed rules are:
-Can only do jobs at night(morning if you want it to be harder as you get less money during daytime)
-Cannot sell trash
-No levels on lockpick and money
-Edited the test requirements by +50/100 (up to you with how much you want it)
-Forced meetups during 1st week via cheat tools
Maybe others that are more knowledgeable with RPGM jank can enlighten us with better ways to edit in-game stuff. Some things cannot be edited like the date. It would be easier to manipulate things if we could roll back the date but the game just won't let me edit it.
What I'm gonna change with your run, however, is when I'm unable to intervene (cuz I got no lockpicks), I'll edit one in just to watch the scene lol
