it is similar to textractor. a bit more modern. and has more options. it can embeded the text in the game but I found it to be inconsistent in ame no bakemono. so I am playing it with the side window. you have to fiddle with it to get it to deliver you some clean translations. for example the color codes that it extracts you have to kind of remove by yourself using regex (help yourself with AI) you also have to set some cleaning for repeated words and other stuff but once you are done you could get a translation that is better even trough the usage is a bit of a pain.
It looks obviously AI-generated, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. However, the dev being dishonest and straight up lying about it is a huge turn off.
I mean he's literally posting the drawing progress, including the sketches with the face guidelines, so I don't know why you would think it's AI.

I think some people just like having an enemy. And with how, when trained well and for certain scenarios, AI is, at first sight, indistinguishable from non-AI stuff, peeps will happily cry AI at anything just to keep with it.
Actually none of your suggestions, I'm ambivalent to the MC's feelings towards the antagonist providing the female love interest likes him/them. Her pleasure corruption is more important to me in an NTR game than anything else.

wdym AI stuff is so noticable. Its usually the lighting the best give away for the slop AI. For the western look AI you can see that it has 9 chins on the girls sides. And for realism AI its just feels super artificial. The only time AI looks real is when it used to do old looking photos.
I like duplicitous/2 faced netori trusted by the mc/npc and either disliked by the heroine or liked by her until he tries to do something to her. It keeps the mc oblivious of the dynamic.
