By definition, a professional is someone who gets paid for what they do while an amateur does it for fun or as a hobby. So, in this case, the dev is a professional, regardless of skill level.
It is literally the difference between someone who does something as a hobby vs as a profession. It also indicates they're skilled enough to make a career out of it in the first place. That's not the distinction at all. The difference between the two is entirely skill level (and that can be subjective, depending on the context), not whether they get paid or not.
I wrote this out, thought about it, looked it up and apparently I am incorrect. Payment is pretty much the single most defining feature of how people differentiate between an amateur and a professional, which makes no sense in my mind, but hey, when you're wrong, you're wrong.
I don't want to belabour the point but I will explain my thinking briefly since it seems so absurd. It is literally the difference between someone who does something as a hobby vs as a profession. It also indicates they're skilled enough to make a career out of it in the first place.
There are other titles for stuff like that, like you'd call someone skilled, master or a genius at it. People do use professional like you describe, but that's not it's actual definition.I don't want to belabour the point but I will explain my thinking briefly since it seems so absurd. You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Lol sorry, not those ones. Like actual game options, the one in the main menu/title screen. In there, you can make combat animations turbo speeddose that do combat? thought it just speeds up the cycling of the CGs
No you don't need to buy it at all, the scenes seem to happen regardless above a certain relationship/lewdness levelTook me a while to figure out how to get the battle scenes, this thread helped immensely. My question is- do you have to buy the "Battle Event" item from the girl on the pier for each outing to the dungeon, or do you only need to buy it once? If the latter, would it make more sense to have the item only available as a one time purchase as like a key/story item that acts as a permanent (or maybe toggleable with the Options item) trigger for the scenes? Not sure if the dev reads this thread, but that'd be one of my suggestions.
ETA- Battle Event kiss scenes aren't adding to the Lewd Stats counter (haven't progressed the scenes enough to see if other actions do)
