In reality, it's much simpler. You just need to know about the "fetish" he mentioned and the game(s) that implemented it.

There were two games: "Spoiled Child", one about summer and one about winter (the game, the expansion, and the sequel to the "franchise"). In the DoT animations, the room where the scene takes place gradually "dirty" as the number of ejaculations increases, and in the second game, special visual effects were added to this "action."

This can't possibly be real, because even the most "capable" man couldn't "dirty" a room like that.

But until you see something like this, at least on a screenshot, it's extremely difficult to imagine.

Then need to supplement the words with examples, then there would be less confusion.

The main problem of "confusion" is due to the names of the games.
For some reason, everyone remembers it by its "season," even though the root of the name is "spoiled child" (a SPOILED boy).

And let's be honest, it won't be too difficult to dirty even every room. But completing the entire "picture diary" in both games, or "collecting all the underwear" and "the entire photo album" in the second game is much more challenging.

Here I can say that "Kagura games", and not only them, are too abbreviated for adaptation. There are no "memories" in the original title.

The previous game with the add-on has:
Original Title: あまえんぼ+(Append)
The transcription will be: Amaen bo Plus (Append)
Translation: Spoiled kid Plus (Append)
And there were no "hints" of summer, and here too there are no "memories" in the original title.

I think it's because the titles are so distorted that people don't remember what was in the games and ask for screenshots or links...
By the way, as soon as I posted a screenshot from developer Ci-en, and the game were quickly remembered

As I said people here would only know it by the English title. This is an English site after all. You might be only one who knew it's original title.

I do a little bit of game translation, and I would say that I know both the English and original titles of games, too.

Out of curiosity, I looked at screenshots in two local game threads, and there are no screenshots of the "dirty room"

Now, let me return to the topic of this game's development.
I don't think it's appropriate to "plagiarize" this element of the "room-dirtying" game. This game has a slightly different concept, so its own elements would be suitable.

On steam, they said it's going to release before 2025, I still have a hope in this development since the studio (CriticalBliss) is a friends with Tiramisu, so let's just wait
