There's a readme file in the game folder that tells you how to change the language.
I can't figure out how to get past the tea minigame, the pleasure bar goes up only slightly faster than the caution bar and I can barely get half way up the third stage before the caution bar maxes out.
I'm moving it so slow that it cramps my hand, I've seen videos of this part online and it seems like the pleasure bar doesn't go up as fast as it is supposed to.

Pity we can't call Chiho in the female bath of the onsen, would have being another corruption scene having fun with Chiho in front of the woman that is taking a bath there (kinda like we did in the male section)

A completion screen should occur in most of those later mini games. If the player quits early or fails you will not advance as that is the condition to advance the story forward.
