It does feel quite scummy from the publisher towards the dev, basically like; we think the game is neat, buuuuuut, it's not "western" enough for our audience (which is nonsense that means fuck all, it's literally a Japanese game, what did Bliss expect ), so we will practically recreate the entire game (even using a different engine?) with your game only as a throwaway foundation and just use what you built for marketing's sake... I still don't get it.

I mean, it's nothing new when it comes to western publishers, though it feels more and more questionable as you dive into it. I still don't understand the purpose of it and it doesn't help with the blue balling... I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt and wait to see how things turn out holding judgment then, but I said it constantly, this whole situation is so weird.

P.S, on an unrelated note, nice Han Sooyoung pfp, I just finished re-reading the ORV novel recently and it gets me sad looking at her .

Absolutely, and it's no wonder even with the larger part of the gaming industry that self-published indie games in recent years had equal to if not even more success than the massive publishers and AAA studios. This meddling and frankly unnecessary decisions most make is coming back to usually bite... In some cases I can understand the need for quality control, but at a certain point like this one when the meddling gets so bad they practically hijack the game, is it even the same game anymore?... Well, it is left to be seen. I just hope it doesn't turn out to be complete bs.


Also same and HELL YEAH FAM, I love ORV. I was introduced to it through the webtoon/manhwa, it got me really hooked early on and it was still during the COVID days anyway so I decided to binge the entire novel... I was not ready, that last third of the novel fucked me up for an entire month and a certain scene reveal after the wall got me tearing up a little. The themes of the story hit a little too close home ngl. It is definitly peak storytelling, I mean it literally won Munpia's Daesang award three editions in a row, god damn lol. Hopefully the webtoon continues doing it justice step by step, it will be very cool to see the later parts illustrated in the future .

Guys, I just played and the save in first slot goes to the ending, which is fine. But I played a 2nd slot and I am already past day 90 all onsen done and shota is cuckolded, yet I cannot see the ending as the 1st slot. Is it bugged?
Also I recall that at some point the succubus has a talk with MC and it has a story where at the end MC defeats her (first CG once you unlock succubus) but in my entire play I didn't see that 'talk', did I just unlock 6th ability and skipped that talk?

Chiyo kind of reminds me of "La Grande Odalisque" by Ingres, maybe because of her posture while resting on the table ? I feel a deep eroticism emaning from her posture ; the way in how space is used to completely show off her body, but still hiding enough so that not anything is fully revealed, thus forcing the brain to make up for what can't be seen.


To be honest, I'm not a big fan of the way she looks now, I liked the first direction that the artstyle was taking, and a feminine body with decently exaggerated proportions really felt right for a young and newlywed couple.

People said earlier that she looks fatter, and I agree on this : the legs and the behind of the female really feel off, maybe even too much. It may be because the game is going to be much bigger than before ; you guys saw the map, we are going to play in a full-on appartment complex, so even if you see the characters from afar, you have to be able to distinguish them via unique traits (A muscular man for Ryosuke, a skinny salary man for the husband, and a really meaty woman for Chiyo.).

As the map became bigger, so did the characters, because they had to adapt to their new environment.

Finally, my main complaint would be the removal of her long skirt, I think that was one of the main elements that made Chiyo who she was. She's newlywed, young, and loves her husband : for decency, she had to wear something that would cover the entirety of her legs, not wanting everyone to see the feminine parts of her body. The cleavage is here for an obvious reason : it's a porn game ! But one may argue that the skirt is a symbol of modesty and cool tempered attitude, while the cleavage is mostly here to attract men and induce eroticism, making her "hotter", thus balancing it out with the dress.

With this outfit, Chiyo was oscillating between 2 states : the prostitute and the nun. The goal of the player, like a Satyr, was to transform this prude priestess into a love addicted nymph.

Now what can we see with her new pair of jeans ? Everything and nothing at once, the sensibilty that one may have found in the cleavage of the old Chiyo is gone, and we now have to see an awful, pyjama-esque top paired with a way too tight pair of pants, reminiscent of those, dare I say it, God-striken morbidly obese creatures that roam the streets in our everyday society.

I really wished they would have kept the thinner Chiyo, but alas ! I have confidence that Critical Bliss will put their all into this game, because it really has potential, and it looks like they're willing to use it to his maximum.

In conclusion, I'll still play the NTRAholic DX version, because man often finds comfort in his own trials.

I think you are thinking too deeply on the art meaning. I am not a art major so maybe my uncultured mind can't see the art in porn but all the poses I seen are pretty common in hiding/cheating genre of games. Maybe in Netori games you are always playing the Satyr but nothing about this game seem that special or deep meaning.

As for Chiho's new look. It is honesty so different from what we know it is off-putting but my main issue is only with Chiho's standing picture because it reminds so much of this:

The images of her sex poses are fine. Maybe the original's Chiho's ass to thigh ratio was so unrealistic now the new artist wants a more realistic thigh ratio to match Chiho's big ass?

For the dress I actually like the tight jeans look. It gives her a more modern woman look instead of the traditional housewife. But if you like the long skirt then don't worry the earlier progress report said Chiho will have multiple outfits.



Chiho's new look is just a personal preference. I personally don't care too much because Tiramisu will give us the original game he promised. I don't care if he is okay with Critical Bless remaking his game into something that does not resemble the original. If you don't like her new look there is completed original game included with DX. Or since Critical Bless said they may support the game with other addons after release, if everyone hates new Chiho they can just add a DLC to switch to Chiho's old model in DX. Wow I think I figured out their sale strategy! Make the character look controversial on release so they can sell a DLC later to restore the old look! Those devious bastards!

The thing is Tiramisu has been real quiet. There’s no guarantee that the free original game that comes together with the DX version is completed.

Given that the game probably delayed to the fourth quarter of the year if not to beginnings of the next, hopefully the developers listen to the feedback and change Chiho's design to look more like the original (or like some guy said in Steam, having an option to make her slimmer or thicker to one's preference), they should have enough time to do that without delaying the game further.

Also I appreciate the devs' goal to make H games which are actually good (or at least try to be), rather than only good for the standards of H games.

That's one of the best parts of NTR. Seeing innocent good faithful girls get turned into cheating sluts. That transformation should be reflected in personality, clothing and hairstyle changes.

If the game starts with the girl already looking like a slut then that transformation aspect is lost which for me makes the game less appealing.

well....I like thicc woman but this is kinda dishearting...Chiho was fine and didn't need changed. one "good" thing is that the Ci-en fanbase seems unhappy so hopefully that will it dissuade more developers from working with this localization, as they are completely out of touch with the fanbase of certain games. looking forward to downloading it here though cause fuck paying them for empty promises and a completely different art style. I honestly feel people should be offered full refunds for this shit show
