eh, Handyman Legend was kinda ass and the sequel isn't looking much better. There's just no build-up, which really is the essence of netori games. The Waku Waku games suffer from the same problem. And I can't imagine that there isn't a game in production. Scarlet Maiden was quite successful so they should have some capital for the development for the game.
I would expect HornyDoge/Peeping Dorm Manager to produce another game considering the success of the first one, but I cannot find any info on the dev.
I think HornyDoge is currently working with Tiramisu on Censor. I'm pretty sure I saw Tiramisu mention their name in one of his updates.
As for the rest of your comment, I see your point, but I respectufully disagree that games were bad. Each game brought something good to the table. Handyman had a very good art style that reminds of older internet games, as well as having three characters with distinct personalities which was well woven into the H-scenes. Also, out all three, Handyman seems to me to be the one who most gets the comedic tone from NTR Legends. Waku Waku games have an amazing art style, a variety of H-scenes with multiple characters and interesting more focus on the teasing aspect than the other games, in my opnion, although DX might challenge that in the future.
I do believe that build-up is an important aspect. I just don't think these are bad in the games you mentioned or, at least, aren't sufficient enough to give the games a bad score, although I admit Handyman and Waku Waku have a few significant flaws as well.
