Because you are playing the censored version, obviously. The "c" at the end of version number doesn't stand for "Uncensored".
Last time i played this was over a year ago and now i downloaded it again to see where it progressed and it stops EXACTLY where it did just a year ago. Yes there is some new content but this amount of content could be done in a month by a BUSY person who has a job...

To use skill 6, you must:
